How to request a return

Email support@urbanmama.in with your order number, item name, and clear photos of any damage or issue within 48 hours of delivery. We respond within 2 business days.

Eligible returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all included parts and packaging. Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or not eligible for return as stated on the product page cannot be accepted.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. After review, we may arrange a replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and checked. Bank or payment-provider processing times may vary.
